An AI assistant your firm configures, on your own site
Your clients already ask their questions in writing. Most of those questions arrive out of hours, in the wrong language, and without the facts you need to price the work. This is the assistant that takes them — on your own site, under your own name.
It is software. Your firm remains the lawyer, and every word of legal advice stays yours.
What your firm configures
You set it up yourself, from your portal, without writing to us:
- The name and the greeting. The assistant introduces itself as your firm's, not as ours.
- The voice. How formal, how brief, how it opens and closes.
- The languages. List the ones you work in, or let it answer in the language the client wrote in.
- The practice areas it leads with. A firm doing immigration work and a firm doing shipping arbitration should not hand clients the same assistant.
- The topics it declines. Anything you would rather no automated system touched.
- Your own disclaimer, in your own wording.
- The intents your clients actually arrive with — the phrases they use, and what should happen for each: answer it this way, lead with that service, or stop and fetch a person.
- Escalation. Which address a matter is handed to, and the note that goes with it.
What it will not do, however it is configured
Your settings are applied after the platform's grounding rules, and are labelled as your firm's preference. That order is deliberate: a firm can change emphasis, voice and routing, and cannot configure the assistant into inventing a fee, a deadline or a legal fact. Where it cannot answer from what it has been given, it says so and escalates.
Where it runs
- On your website, as an embedded widget.
- Through the API, if you would rather put it inside something you already run.
What comes with it
The same portal your team configures the assistant from also carries the work it produces: matters, the documents attached to them, and invoices. One place, one login.
How to start
Tell us about your firm and how you work. We will show you the assistant configured for your practice areas before you decide anything.
