120. (1) It shall not be lawful, without the consent of the owner, or, if the house is occupi ed by any other person, withou t the consent of such other person, to do anything which soils any external part of the house, or its whitewashing, or to hang or affix on or to any such part of the house any paper or other thing. or to any other place. (2) It shall likewise be unlawful to hang or affix any paper or other thing on or to any place with regard to which an express prohibition to that effect has been made by the owner or occupi er, as the case may be.
