122. (1) The Superintendent of Public Health may allow material for composting into manure to be kept in such places a nd for such time and under such conditions as he may consider necessary for preventing nui sance or injur y to health. Default of compliance with order of Superintendent of Public Health. (2) In default of compliance with any order of the said Superintendent for preventing nuisance or injury to health, the person responsible shall be guilty of a contravention, and the material causing the said nuisance or injury shall be dealt wit h in accordance with the p rovisions of the last preceding article.
