183. (1) It shall be lawful for the Minister responsible for the Police to make regulations resp ecting the grant and cancellatio n of licences for the sale of wine, beer or spirituous liquor and respecting the sale of non-intoxicants, and for limiting the nu mber of licences according to circumstances. Power of Minister responsible for Police to make regulations respecting good order in shops. (2) It shall also be lawful for the Minister responsible for the Police to make regulations for s ecuring the maintenance of orde r and public decorum in or about shops licensed for the sale of w ine, beer or spirituous liquor, or for the sale of non-intoxicants a nd in or about such restaurants or eati ng-houses as are not included in the class of shops above mentioned. 32 CAP. 10.] CODE OF POLICE LAWS Opening and closing hours of shops.
