193. (1) No shopkeeper shall suffer any sort of game of chance to be carried on in his premises unless licensed or authorised or permitted to do so in terms of or under the Lotteries and Other Games Act * or any other law. (2) No shopkeeper shall knowingly permit his premises to be the place of meeting of persons of notoriously bad character. Added by: XL.1949.14.
