Code of Police Laws (Cap. 10), article 227
227. No person shall leave in any harbour or on any wharf
anything which may cause injury to public health, or a nuisance ; or
throw into the waters of any har bour or into any part of the in ternal
waters or of the territorial waters of Malta any rubbish or dir ty
liquid which may cause a nuisance.
