Code of Police Laws (Cap. 10), article 318
318. Any person who commits an y breach of the provisions of
this Code or of any order or regulation given or made thereunde r by
the competent authority or any other public officer, whether by
doing anything which he ought not to do or by omitting anything
which he ought to do, or by preventing other persons from doing
anything which they are enjoined or permitted to do or by undoi ng
or frustrating anything which other persons may have done under
the provisions of this Code or of any order or regulation there under,
or in any other manner whatsoever, shall be guilty of a
contravention.
