Code of Police Laws (Cap. 10), article 322
322. Where any offence against the provisions of this Code or
of any regulations or order made thereunder is committed by an
association or body of persons, every person who, at the time o f the
commission of the offence, was a director, manager, secretary o r
other similar officer of such association or body of persons, o r was
purporting to act in any such capacity, shall be guilty of that
offence unless he proves that the offence was committed without
his knowledge and that he exercised all due diligence to preven t the
commission of the offence.
