21. (1) Any Police officer of a rank not inferior to that of sub- inspector shall, for the purpose s of the execution of this Ordi nance, have power to enter the premises of any person carrying on the business of a producer, manufactur er, seller or distributor of any drugs to which this Ordinance applies and to demand the production of and to inspect any books or documents relating to dealings in any such drugs and t o inspect any stocks of any suc h drugs. (2) If any person wilfully delays or obstructs any person in the exercise of his powers under this article or fails to produce o r conceals or attempts to concea l any such books, stocks, drugs o r documents as aforesaid, he shall be guilty of an offence agains t this Ordinance. 12 CAP. 101.] DANGEROUS DRUGS Offences and penalties.
