Code of Organization and Civil Procedure (Cap. 12), article 12
12. (1) The provisions of articles 8, 9, 10 and 11(1) shall,
mutatis mutandis, also apply to the President of the Court of
Appeal.
(2) Whenever the President of the Court of Appeal is, in the
cases provided for by law, challenged or otherwise lawfully
impeded, the senior of the judges constituting the Court of Appeal
shall be the President of that court.
