Code of Organization and Civil Procedure (Cap. 12), article 15
15. The provisions of articles 8, 9, 10 and 11 shall, mutatis
mutandis , apply to magistrates; and the references to the Senior
Administrative Judge in sub-articles (3), (4), (7) and (9) of a rticle
11 shall be construed as referen ces to the Senior Magistrate
referred to in article 7(2).
