Code of Organization and Civil Procedure (Cap. 12), article 157
157. It shall be the responsibility of the plaintiff to cause a copy
of the sworn application, any affidavit of the plaintiff and of the
documents attached with the application to be served on the
defendant, and such service shall be effected through the Registrar.
