159. (1) Except a reference to the law, the sworn application and the sworn reply, which are to be in a summary form, may not contain any comment nor any matte r which is not necessary for a statement of the material facts as regards the sworn applicatio n, or for a rebuttal of those facts or for an indication of the pleas as regards the sworn reply. (2) In the case of non-compliance, the court may order any superfluous matter to be struck out, or the written pleading to be removed from the record and replaced by another made in accordance with the provisions of this article.
