191. (1) Copies shall be printed, typewritten, made by other mechanical or electronic means or by any photographic process o r written in ink: Provided that in every case th ey shall be drawn up in clear and easily legible characters. (2) Copies shall also be certifie d by the person presenting them or by an advocate or legal procurato r to be true copies of the ori ginals. Penalty in case of irregular copies. Reckoning of time.
