212. (1) If the court does not deliver judgment on the day fixed for the trial of the cause , the court shall give the reas on according to law for adjourning the cause to another day. (2) The registrar shall keep a procès-verbal , to be inserted in the record, of the grounds of each adjournment and of everythin g done in each sitting.
