Code of Organization and Civil Procedure (Cap. 12), article 226
226. (1) An appeal is entered by means of an application to be
filed in the registry of the Court of Appeal within thirty (30) days
from the date of the judgment.
(2) Where an appeal is not enter ed from the whole judgment,
there shall be stated in the application of appeal, the heads o f the
judgment against which an appeal is entered.
