263. (1) It shall be lawful for th e creditor of a creditor, by sworn application, to enforce or prosecute the enforcement of t he title which his debtor was entitled to enforce. (2) The sworn application shall be served on the debtor against whom enforcement is sought and on his creditor. By which court executive titles are enforceable. Amended by: IX.1886.54.
