Code of Organization and Civil Procedure (Cap. 12), article 272
272. In the absence of an express provision of law to the contrary,
the court may, in the course of the execution of an executive t itle, on
the application of the court executive officer, or the parties, or any
other interested person, without delaying such execution, adopt such
measures as it may deem necessary in order to safeguard the rig hts of
the parties.
