Code of Organization and Civil Procedure (Cap. 12), article 287
287. A consignee may not be appointed under this Title when he
is either:
(a) the execution creditor;
(b) the spouse of the debtor or of the creditor;
(c) any one of the parents, the creditor, his daughter or
son, or his brother or sister, his uncle or aunt, any one
of the parents of his spouse or any one of the spouses of
his children;
(d) directly or indirectly employed with the creditor;
(e) the person who claims to be the owner of the property
seized.
