Code of Organization and Civil Procedure (Cap. 12), article 291
291. The creditors of any pers on, whose property has been
seized, may not, for any cause whatsoever, make any opposition to
the execution of the warrant or to the sale of the property:
Provided that it shall be lawful for such creditors to enforce
their claim on the pro ceeds of the sale of t he property seized.
No identification is
to be made of
property already
seized.
