Code of Organization and Civil Procedure (Cap. 12), article 312G
312G. The court shall appoint an administrator to carry on with
the administration of the goi ng concern until it is sold:
Provided that where in the p roceedings of a precautionary
warrant an administrator would h ave already been appointed, he
shall be confirmed as such.
