313. (1) The Registrar shall publish regularly in two newspapers, one being in Maltese and the other in the English language, lists of the judicial s ales by auctions which are abo ut to be held and he shall indicate clearly therein the property in s uch manner that the public is well in formed in order to safeguard t he parties’ interests: Provided that the debtor, creditor or any other interested person may publish and inform, at their own expense, any particular sale in any newspaper of their choice or broadcast s ame over any other broadcasting medium. (2) The advertisement of a judicial sale by auction shall include: (a) an indication of the court r eference of the judicial sale by auction; (b) the names of the parties ther eto and their identity card or other identity document numbers if available; CODE OF ORGANIZATION AND CIVIL PROCEDURE [CAP. 12. 103 (c) a clear indication of the property to be sold; (d) the value of each property, where a valuation has been carried out in term s of the law; and (e) the date, time and place of t he judicial sale by auction.
