315. (1) Immovable property or rights annexed to such property, or movable property consisting of gold or silver arti cles, pearls or precious stones or of other precious articles, and commercial going concerns, shall always be appraised before the sale thereof by auction. (2) With regard to other movab le property, an appraisement shall only be made if required b y the creditor or by the debtor . (3) An appraisal made in conf ormity with the provisions of articles 308, 311 and 312F and existing in the records of a sal e by auction shall be accepted by the court to be the appraisement f or the purpose of this article.
