Code of Organization and Civil Procedure (Cap. 12), article 32
32. (1) One Judge shall sit in each section of the Civil Court.
(2) The Civil Court shall take cognisance of all causes of a
civil and commercial nature, and of all causes which are expres sly
assigned by law to the said Civil Court.
