331. (1) The delivery of immovable property or of rights
annexed to such property, or of commercial going concerns, take s
place ipso jure on the final adjudication and upon the payment of
the price into court or th e approval of the set-off.
(2) The delivery of movable pr operty takes place upon the
handing over of the thing and the deposit of the price or the
approval of the set-off.
(3) In the case of ships or other vessels or aircraft, the court
may make such orders, as it may deem fit, to ensure that the
property adjudicated be delivered to the purchaser forthwith, upon
the purchaser giving such security as the court may determine t o
safeguard the claims of the par ties. Such orders may also be ma de
in other cases in which the cour t considers that delay in the d elivery
of the property can cause seriou s prejudice to the purchaser. A n
order made under this sub-article shall not be challenged in an y
way and shall be imp lemented forthwith.
