333. (1) Any person to whom a liquidated debt is owing under any judgement or executive title or deed or other obligatory wr iting may bid animo compensandi . (2) Any person who is intent on bidding animo compensandi shall register his name by means of a note before the commencement of the sale by auction by making a sworn declaration before the Registrar about the reason why he wishes to bid animo compensandi . (3) Any person bidding animo compensandi may be served notice by any person having an interest in the judicial sale by auction at least two weeks befo re the date of the sale and whosoever is not served such notice or is not served notice wit hin such time may exercise the right under article 356.
