343. If it appears during the sale that a sufficient sum to meet
the debts and the costs of the auction has been obtained, the
Registrar shall order the auction to be immediately discontinue d.
Upon a verbal demand by the debtor, the court shall order that the
unsold property is to be restored to the debtor.
