347. (1) The registrar shall draw up a procès-verbal ,
specifically stating therein the day and hour of the auction, t he
nature of the property put up for auction, the name, surname an d
place of abode of the highest bid der and of the next highest bi dder,
and other incidental particulars.
(2) Such procès-verbal shall be drawn up by the marshal, if the
sale by auction does not take place in the building in which th e
court sits.
