Code of Organization and Civil Procedure (Cap. 12), article 362
362. If the Court accedes to the application and approves a
private sale in accordance with t he provisions of this Subtitle , the
Court shall in its decree of approval nominate a person who sha ll
thereupon be entitled to transfer the ship or vessel or aircraf t in
accordance with the terms and conditions approved by the Court,
and as if he were the registered owner thereof.
