377. (1) A garnishee order is executed by the delivery of a copy thereof, by the court executing officer, to the garnishee or by such electronic means as may b e prescribed by the Minister responsible for justice. (2) A copy of the order shall also be served on the debtor in th e same way as is provided under ar ticle 187, or if he is absent f rom Malta, on his lawf ul representative.
