384. In the execution of any warran t of ejectment or expulsion of tenants or other occupants of immovable property, the court executing officer shall enjoin the tenants or occupants to quit the tenement within a period of not less than four and not more tha n eight days; at the expiration of such period, the court executi ng officer shall cause the tenant or occupant to quit the tenement which shall be cleared of all th ings belonging to such tenant o r occupant.
