391. (1) If the receipts exceed the expenditure, the court, on the application of the intereste d party, shall order the paymen t of the balance: Provided that this shall not be taken to be an approval of the account. Order not subject to appeal. (2) No appeal shall lie from the order given on any such application and such order may b e enforced after the lapse of t wo days from the service thereof, in the same manner and with the same means as judgments may be enforced.
