393. (1) Such items as cannot be o r are not usually supported by vouchers may be allowed i f they appear to be true and reasonable: Provided that the party re ndering the account may be compelled, where it is deemed necessary, to confirm the truth thereof on oath. Reimbursement of expenses for making out account.
