410. If the jactitator shall fail to bring his claim for trial within the time fixed, the court shall dispose of the second demand contained in the original sworn application enjoining perpetual silence upon the jactitator in respect of such claim. Perpetual silence to apply only to jactitation referred to in a sworn application. Amended by: XXII.2005.49.
