Code of Organization and Civil Procedure (Cap. 12), article 427
427. The condition of the production of a surety referred to in
article 423, shall not be operative -
(a) if the money deposited in court represents the price of
movable property, with the exception of ships; or
(b) in any other case, if the court is satisfied that the
depositor cannot be subjected to molestation.
