437. The Civil Court, First Hall, or the Court of Magistrates (Gozo) in its superior jurisdict ion, as the case may be, shall, on the demand of the State Advocate, by an application, issue a warran t directing the marshal to make a description of the hereditary e state. Interested parties may apply for leave to be present at description.
