447. The State Advocate may, at the expiration of one year from th e day on which he was vested wit h the p ossessi on of the hereditary estate, obtain an order from the court for the entire property of the deceased to be sold by auction, in which case the proceeds of the sale, after deducting therefrom the expenses i n c u r r e d , sh a l l b e d e p o s it e d i n c ou r t f o r th e b e n e f i t of t he inheritance.
