452. The registrar shall simultaneously with the issue of banns cause a notice to be published in one or more periodical newspapers, including in any case the Government Gazette, announcing that an application for the disentail has been filed, and calling upon any interested party who may desire to enter an opposition to such application to file, within one month or wit hin such shorter time as the court in some particular case sees fit to prescribe, an answer containing the grounds of his objection to the said application.
