Code of Organization and Civil Procedure (Cap. 12), article 462
462. In the case of seizure of goods subject to forfeiture by civil
process according to law, the State Advocate shall likewise pro ceed
in the Civil Court, First Hall, or in the Court of Magistrates (Gozo)
in its superior jurisdiction by application demanding that the goods
in question be declared forfeited.
