476. Any act done in pursuance of a n authorization granted by the court shall be within the te rms of the decree; and if after a decree is given, it shall be found necessary to add any new stipulation, or agreement, or any other matter requiring authorization, another applicati on shall be made for the necess ary authorization. 138 CAP. 12.] CODE OF ORGANIZATION AND CIVIL PROCEDURE Act to be valid only as far as authorized.
