482. (1) The court may, and in the case of adoption
proceedings shall, proceed with c losed doors in examining and
determining applications.
(2) In the case of adoption proceedings, every application,
decree and record connected the rewith shall be secret and shall not
be accessible to any p erson except by author isation of the cour t.
