485. If any person enters an opposition to the demand, the court
shall examine the grounds of opposition, and shall either grant the
order applied for, or refer the parties to the court of content ious
jurisdiction, as it shall deem proper:
Provided that the court shall not refer the parties to the cour t of
contentious jurisdiction where, i n the case of a demand made in
accordance with the proviso to article 470(1), the court shall have
upheld the opposition to the said demand.
