488. (1) In regard to any act ex ecuted by leave or with the authorization of the court, it shall not be lawful to adduce ev idence to prove that the consent was given by error, or extorted by violence or fraud, or that the act was in any manner whatsoever injurious or prejudicial. (2) Nevertheless any such act may be invalidated, if it is proved that the leave or authority of the court was granted in consequence of any misstateme nt or concealme nt of facts.
