525. (1) Interdiction or incapacita tion shall take effect from the day of the relative decree; a nd any act performed by the pe rson interdicted or incapacitated, s ubsequently to such decree, or e ven subsequently to the appointment of the temporary curator, shall be null. Invalidation of acts performed previously to the decree. (2) Any act performed previously to the interdiction or incapacitation may be annulled, if the cause of interdiction or incapacitation existed at the tim e of the perform ance of the ac t. Revocation of interdiction or incapacitation. Amended by: IX.1886.89.
