540. The declaration of the opening of a succession in favour of
any person in virtue of a dec ree of the Court of voluntary
jurisdiction, shall not operate so as to bar any other person e ntitled
thereto from claiming the inheritance or any portion thereof be fore
the competent co urt of contentious jurisdiction.
