Code of Organization and Civil Procedure (Cap. 12), article 65
65. (1) There shall be such archives of the Courts and other
tribunals established by law, as the Minister responsible for j ustice
may by regulations under this article establish.
(2) Such regulations shall assign to each court or tribunal the
archives in which the records an d acts of such court or tribuna l
shall be deposited, and the records of more than one Court or
tribunal may, in accordance with such regulations, be deposited in
any one particular archive.

(3) The Director General (Courts ) shall be responsible for the
administration of the archives and shall, subject to the provis ions of
this Code and of any other law, issue such directives as he may
deem necessary for the proper st orage of documen ts therein, acc ess
thereto, the making and authentication of copies and for all ot her
matters relating to the archives.
(4) The said Minister may also from time to time make
regulations governing the arch ives and their management.
