677. (1) The demand for the appointment of additional referees shall be made by means of a note to be filed within te n days. (2) Such time shall commence to run from the date of the publication of the report. If the referees have been dispensed from attending before the court according to the provisions of artic le 672(1), such time shall commence to run from the date of the CODE OF ORGANIZATION AND CIVIL PROCEDURE [CAP. 12. 189 receipt by the party or his legal procurato r of a notice signed by the registrar, stating that th e report has been published.
