Where authority has been grant ed to the referees to receive documents or to examine witnesses, no further documents or witnesses on the subject-matter of the reference shall be admis sible before the court, except in the cases as provided in article 150(1)( a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) and in article 208(1)( a), (b) and (d).
