688. (1) On the day and at the time appointed, the court shall
repair to the place of inspection.
Attendance of
parties.
(2) The contending parties may, and, if their attendance is
required shall, be present at such inspection.
Parties may be
represented by
advocates, etc.
(3) In all cases, the parties may he represented or assisted by
their advocates or legal procurators.
