707. (1) Where, in the same cause, reference is required to the
oath of other parties in respect of whom there is not the imped iment
stated in the last pr eceding article, it sh all be lawful for th e court to
order that the depositions of such other parties under the refe rence
be taken, one after the other, on the same day, by a judicial a ssistant
at the place of abode of the party in respect of whom there exi sts
the impediment, immediately after the deposition of such party
under the reference, and in the same manner as provided in that
article; and such order shall be served on the person or persons to
whose oath reference is required. The party seeking the referen ce
shall pay for such service, saving any right of reimbursement
thereof in terms of the eventual decision of the court.
(2) In any case under this article, the oath may likewise be
administered by a judicial assistant.
